Thinking of visiting? Great! But walking into a new church can be daunting, so let us put you at ease.

When you come to one of our Sunday gatherings we want you to feel at ease. Apart from asking you to write your name on a sticker and wear it as a name-tag (we all do this!), we aren’t going to ask you to do anything you’re not comfortable with. The way you participate in the different elements of our gathering is up to you. Each of our services will usually include:

  • Bible readings
  • A Bible talk
  • Prayer
  • Singing
  • Morning Tea or Supper

Our 10:45am service also includes a live translation of the bible teaching into Mandarin through your smart phone and discussion or question time following the bible talk.

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week – and at Minchinbury Anglican, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. All our leaders are safe ministry trained and authorised and we have a detailed check-in process for our Kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for Kids Church. Kids ministry is offered at our morning services for babies right through to Junior High School.

Parking is plentiful at our church. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding a spot either in the car park proper, or on the grass next to it. Please pay attention to the disabled parking spots closest to the church entrance as a number of our church family have limited mobility.
